This platform allows clients to manually process a payment to Customs Brokers from a credit card for amounts $5 and greater. Valid cards for this service are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Important information

You will require your Customs Brokers invoice or reference number for your payment to be correctly applied.

A credit card processing fee is applicable to all payments made through this portal.

The processing fee is:

  • is a percentage of the amount being paid, based on the issuer of the card.
  • is charged by the card processor, not by Customs Brokers.
  • is not subject to goods and services tax (GST).
  • may be a deductible expense based on your circumstances.

Before you finalise your payment, you'll be advised of the total amount including the fee.
